Adore Yoga is honoured to host Melody Moore, , RYT on her first training in Australia. Melody will provide a 15-hour weekend training in how to facilitate her FOUR inspirational Embody Love Movement workshops. This weekend training course is for any self-empowered woman, including therapists, educators, yoga teachers, and mums, who feels inspired to share empowering workshops with other women and girls. Dr. Moore is a dynamic and compassionate facilitator who will provide feedback to each trainee and leave you feeling empowered to create change in your community.

What Is the Embody Love Movement®?

The EMBODY LOVE MOVEMENT™ aims to transform the way girls and women see and treat themselves and others. When you train to be an Embody Love Movement facilitator, you will become certified to offer ALL FOUR interactive ELM workshops, each one designed for specific age groups (7-11 yrs, 12-18yrs, 19yrs+). These workshops include age-appropriate exercises that create a safe container for emotional expression, expose media myths, change the conversation from criticism to kindness, and teach self-worth and purpose. Participants discover that their bodies are more than objects to be compared and evaluated, but instead a temple for their beautiful souls. Topics covered in the workshops include:

♥ Dismantling the 'beauty myth'
♥ Changing the conversation from criticism to kindness
♥ Embodied yoga experience
♥ Seeing and experiencing ourselves as worthy from the inside out
♥ Recognising our contributions through conscious activism

What is an Embody Love Movement® Workshop Facilitator?

Facilitators are women who lovingly share the four Embody Love Movement workshops in yoga studios, community centres, university campus' and other non-profit organizations. The workshops focus on emotional expression, exposing media myths, changing the conversation from criticism to kindness, and recognizing self-worth and purpose.
How facilitators make a difference: This training provides facilitators with the ability to inspire girls and women who participate in our programs to:

♥ Value who they are internally over their external appearance
♥ Be empowered to change the conversation from criticism to kindness
♥ Stop comparing themselves to a false idea of beauty and to others
♥ Find inspiration to embrace their purpose in the world

Certification

When you complete this training, you will be certified to facilitate ALL FOUR Embody Love Movement workshops:

Embody Love for women over 18yrs
Love In, Shine Out for 7-11 year olds
Inner Beauty Workshop for 12-18yr olds
Embody Love in Action, an 5-session series for schools

About The Training

The weekend immersion will give you the skills and confidence to become an Embody Love Movement facilitator, including:
♥ The being and doing of facilitation: holding safe space
♥ Projection, transference, and shadow work in groups
♥ Using yoga as a tool to find and keep body acceptance
♥ Finding your voice and sharing your truth: story telling that heals
