Founded on a strong tradition, the Ashtanga Yoga Practice is a set series of postures designed to heal the body and mind.
This series of workshops will teach the basics of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and the Mysore style of practice. Attendees will be taught safe alignment and modifications to allow them to approach the practice safely and with confidence. This will allow them to attend classes or practice gently alone with the knowledge that they developed, under the guidance of an experienced Ashtanga teacher and practitioner, a good solid basis on which to build an ongoing practice.
The workshop is designed for both beginners and those who are interested in deepening their practice through postural improvement and understanding.
