Need some time out to recharge and reconnect, then come and give yourself permission to be the most important person for three days at this wonderful retreat . there will be energizing yoga and relaxing introspective sessions and meditation with plenty of free time just to BE.

Friday 20th May
4pm – Introductions/ yoga session.
7.30pm – Yin yoga with meditation
7.30m – yoga session weather dependant outside (although we may still go outside if raining to connect with
nature as it is)
9.30m – breakfast
12pm-yoga flow session/ workshop
2.30pm –walk to coast /free time
7.30pm- yin yoga with meditation.
Monday 23rd May
7.30am –yoga session
10am – walk to coast then lunch at a pub or depart.
