Full Description

In this workshop, we will guide you in Toltec practices and energy movements. They were brought to us by Carlos Castaneda, and his apprentices, Miles Reid and Aerin Alexander who are our direct teachers.

Our description of the world is incomplete. Actually, we are not only objects in a world of objects, we are energy beings living in a world of energy. This gives us a more fluid perspective on life and its challenges.

By changing the way we think, we can change the way we feel, which leads to new behaviour.

In this workshop, you will learn how to recapitulate - an ancient practice that retrieves lost energy and gives you a new way of applying it to your life. It is done using breath and visualisation.

The energy movements you will practice are designed to support the intent of recapitulation, as well as enhance your vitality and well-being.

You will use the power of sacred cacao in a ceremony to connect to your intention, and open the heart to recognise your purpose.

Gammadian will lead you into guided dreaming and visualisation to integrate all the work you have done, to dream new dreams from a place of power and freedom.

The workshop space is the magic loft where Catherine Ailesse, creates her stunning works of art and hosts music, dance and yoga. It is situated very close to the central Midi station, and in close proximity to a gorgeous park.

We can share stories, and have picnics in the spacious kitchen and diner during tea and lunch breaks, and enjoy dinner at the nearby restaurants.

There are many airbnbs, and hotels nearby where you can stay if you are travelling from abroad.

Space in the loft is limited, and there are 9 remaining spaces for this experience. Please enrol early to avoid disappointment.
