This workshop will provide an overview of yoga and meditation. The movements are designed to help fire the muscles that may not be used in your workday, and lengthen those that may be tight or shortened from sitting at a desk. The workshop will give you tools to take with you to bring awareness and a connection to your body and how to use your breath to manage your response to stress.
