Come and experience for yourself and gain skills that will set your teaching apart from any other offering out there. Learn techniques to help: the immune system, the endocrine system, helping the body to heal faster, increase your core strength in a dynamic way, change patterns and habits. Learn how to pattern and move energy in the context of a yoga class.

In Level 1 of EMYoga teacher training you will come away with the tools and curriculum to teach a 3 hour intro to EMYoga class, or to weave these primary skills into any existing class.

The curriculum includes:

The Wake-Up: what are the basic energy systems of the body and how do you get them working for you instead of against you.
Sun Salutations: The Lost art of Yoga. What is the real reason we do sun salutations? Includes meridians, radiant circuits and powerful core body strengthening.
Triple Warmer - Spleen partnership: Learn about these two powerful meridians that are partners in your immune system and how to bring them into balance. These two meridians are also extremely potent on their own and you'll learn how to use them to calm the nervous system, keep the body young and vibrant and start to work with your habits and shifting them.
Warrior: This module introduces a powerful context for the warrior poses, including bhanda work, and the habit field with the intention of empowering your ability to manifest desires.
