Kundalini is a term that comes from Hindu tradition meaning coiled snake. According to Sir John Woodroffe (1865-1936), it refers to the latent power within any human body. Kundalini latent power rests as a snake coiled up three and a half turns at the base of the spine. When Kundalini awakens through quantum breath meditation, the coiled snake awakens and moves along the spinal cord to the top of the head crown resulting in an expanded state of super consciousness. It leads to spiritual liberation and more importantly the enhancement of the creative subconscious mind. Kundalini is safe because it relies on the existence of the quantum breath.
Historic and modern-day symbolism of Kundalini power shows a coiled snake resting at the base of the human spine. Interestingly, the shape of the snake coupling is nearly identical to the design of double-helix DNA. A snake shreds their skin through sloughing; they are a symbol of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing. The coiled snake at three and one-half turns. The number three represents the three states of consciousness, the half represents the transcendent or higher consciousness, which must be awakened to commune with the Devine.
Charged particles are subject to the influence of the earth’s magnetic field. The effect is very interesting and important and helps explain the coiled snake.
Under the influence of the earth’s magnetic field, charges will move in circular orbits. In one case, it is a loop like when a yogi faces east and in another, it is a helix-like when a yogi faces north. Helix is the coiled snake. A helix in a neuron is very tiny, not to the size of a snake!
The event will explain the simulation resulting in the helix along the spinal cord. In a lotus position, the helix moves from the spinal cord in the back to the front of a body. Along the spinal cord, there are only moving loops. To have helices along the spinal cord, the yogi must use the child pose pointing north. It is what we expect of the Kundalini power movement. In a child pose or a relaxing pose, helices move along the spinal cord whenever the quantum breath is used. Therefore, Kundalini's power awakens readily. A yogi can experience Kundalini for spiritual liberation or for enhancing the subconscious mind to enjoy the resulting creativity, new ideas, and success with ease, plenty of spare time for other activities after studying or working. Therefore, meditation using quantum breath has the great advantage of the Kundalini power.
When I am not well, I prefer facing north. For a stomach upset, I did yoga meditation facing north with a concentration of quantum breathing on the stomach area; this tends to lessen the intensity of the discomfort. Due to a swine flu virus injection, I had a severe cough whenever I laid down; it would not go away and became worse.
