6pm: Arrival
6:30pm Opening Circle Guided Mindfulness Meditation + Creative Workshop (setting intentions and activities for weekend)
7pm: Vegetarian/Vegan Dinner
8:30pm onwards: Fire pit or Fire Place

SATURDAY
8– 9.30am: Morning Yoga (Dynamic Vinyasa Flow)
9:30am: Vegetarian/ Vegan Breakfast
10:30-1:15pm: Morning free time for relaxing, reading, journaling and walking.
Optional Creative Workshop and time for treatments/1:1 yoga sessions.
1:15pm: Vegetarian/ Vegan BBQ
2:15pm –5pm: Afternoon free time for relaxing, reading, journaling and walking. Optional Creative Workshop and time for treatments/1:1 yoga sessions.
5 – 6:30pm: Evening Yoga (Restorative Yin Yoga Nidra/relaxation yoga)
7pm: Vegetarian/ Vegan Dinner
