Essential Oils Yoga

A yin yoga practice-poses held for longer periods of time– to allow you to go deeper into each asana so that muscles can relax and energy can flow through your body. This restorative practice will help to move stagnant energy in the body, detoxify the body relax the body and restore equilibrium. Cypress, Grapefruit, frankincense, will help align practice with our body and spirit.
