With 20 years experience working with students in the ashtanga Mysore style, Gingi will share the theory, philosophy and application of this powerful practice giving you the gift of a self practice that you can do anywhere and anyplace.
The quietness and stillness of a Mysore class is like no other class and is where the true yoga starts to blossom; listening to the breath, moving away from self judgements and delving deep into the movement of the body in an individual practice.
