Each week we meet to share a meditative experience. Starting with short asana sequences followed by a short reading and eventually a new meditation technique.

6:45 - 7:15 pm Yoga asanas to prepare for meditation
7:15 - 7:45 Meditation (Mindfulness, Body Scan, Mantra, Breath Awareness, etc)
7:45 - 8:00ish Tea & chat
New meditators are ALWAYS welcome.
