In this workshop we will learn how we can enhance and support our yoga practise using props and how to use them.

Whether you are new to yoga or very experienced we will take time to understand why blocks, belts, walls, blankets and each other can create more freedom in our yoga poses.

I am really excited to share the benefits on how to use props. You can take this knowledge with you so you know how to apply the use of blocks and belts in your regular classes or in home practise. How to easily modify a yoga pose to create more freedom, ease or expression with the use of props in any class.
