Experiencing the Qualaties of the Heart Workshop
A great opportunity to fine tune our Sanskrt and learn more about yoga philosophy and Vedic chanting and to also delve deeper into the qualaties of the Anahata chakra.

Saturday 30 May, 2015, Yoga, Philosophy & Sanskrt from 10am to 4pm, Vedic chanting 6.00 to 8.30pm. Bring veggie lunch to share and advise if would like to go for some South Indian food after the day workshop and before the evening chanting session.
I. £45 waged and £40 concession for the Yoga, Philosophy, Sanskrt & Vedic chanting;
II. £40 waged and £35 concession for the Yoga, Philosophy and Sanskrt (does not include Vedic Chanting);
III. £10 waged and £5 concession for the Vedic chanting and kids (who are coming to the kirtan) under 10 are free.
We will delve into the depths of the anahata chakra and will be using the mysterious and healing language of Sanskrt, mantra and Vedic chanting as well as postures, breathing, relaxation and mediation practices to awaken and explore this energy centre and all the layers of our being.
To help us on this amazing journey we have the wonderful Lucy Crisfield coming to Sheffield. Lucy is a highly educated, experienced and talented Sanskrt scholar, yoga philosopher and classically trained musician and to boot she will also be key note speaker at this years’ British Wheel of Yoga Festival. Seriously, you should not miss this workshop.
