A beautiful day, following the joy of the last workshop, a chance to focus on your yoga practice. The morning will be a chance to explore the primary series of the Ashtanga tradition. The primary series is a vinyasa flow of standing, seated and lying poses. Ashtanga focuses on the connection of mind, body and breath. It encourages the synchronisation of the flow of movement and breath.
After a break for lunch the afternoon will start with a guided meditation. This brings the group together, we will then have a restorative gentle practice to encourage stretch and relaxation.
Anne Marie and Adele are experienced practitioners and qualified teachers. They will offer gentle advice and adjustment on an individual bases.
