Exploring the Chakras, an energising and restorative retreat

A relaxing and energising Wednesday - Sunday retreat with resident British Wheel of Yoga teacher Alison Burns. The retreat is open to everyone who has some experience of yoga and wants to deepen their practice while enjoying fun and sunshine at this beautiful south of France venue. Château du Fraissinet is the home of the YogaSoleil studio.

Full Description

Peace and tranquility in a really beautiful setting are the hallmarks of this retreat. You find yourself deep in nature and are literally woken in the morning by birdsong.

Exploring the Chakras: postures and mediation.
The twice daily meditation and yoga sessions restore and rebalance your Chakra energies so you discover space in your body and in your mind. The retreat gives you time to reflect and be truly yourself so you feel more energised, balanced and complete.
Spend your free time swimming or relaxing beside the château pool, bathing in the river that runs through the grounds, hiking in the Cévennes mountains or enjoying a sauna and massage.
Optional activities include kayaking on the river Cèze, paddle-boarding on the local lake and visiting the nearby
The retreat is about you so everything is optional. Simply choose from what's on offer to create a mix that leaves you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to get the most out of every single day.
