A chance to immerse yourself in a small group exploring yoga for the day.
A morning Vinyasa Flow Practice, based on Ashtanga
the Afternoon working on alignment in postures and movement with the breath ( vinyasa)
later afternoon a Pranayama ( breath) practice and mediation
leaving feeling refreshed and peaceful.

A chance to immerse yourself in the joy of yoga with others.
Day long yoga workshops allow you to immerse yourself in yoga, and explore your practice.
This workshop is open to beginners and intermediate level practitioners.
The day starts with a vinyasa flow practice, moving through standing, seated, lying and inverted postures. Each practitioner exploring how a pose feels, and how far into that pose they feel able to go.
After lunch we will explore good alignment in the foundations poses, such as tikonasana ( triangle pose). Learning the position of each part of the body, how to move into, hold, modify, extend and then move out of the pose.
As well as how to use the breath to move into, out of and within the pose.
After a break we will share a pranayama, breathing practice and mediation to end the day.
It should be a lovely day, in a beautiful venue.
