A regular, mindful, pranayama practice can increase vitality by creating space for prana (life force) to move within you. This yogic practice allows us to heal, renew and move toward our most authentic self with greater clarity. In this workshop, you will learn how the breath is a tool that can be used to transform not only your yoga practice, but your daily life.

We will cover practices such as kapalbhati, anuloma viloma, yogic breathing, and how to integrate pranayama in various poses. Whether you are new to yoga or a long time practitioner, you will leave feeling light, clear, and centered! All levels are welcome.
