Fall into Meditation……………
It’s coming. Even with the sun still strong and the days heating up, you can sense its approach. The dew on the grass and the occasional cool nights. Yes it is coming.
That time of year when the kids are back in school and we make the shift from the more carefree days of summer, into the more structured routine that fall brings. Fall is the season of air. A more hurried energy which we can all see and feel.
Squirrels spending their entire days in the trees knocking down and gathering the nuts – which they then insist on burying in your freshly planted mums. Deer darting out into traffic as they get back on the move. Longer commutes as everyone is back from vacation. Less daylight which gives us the sense of having to do more in less time.
Oh….and did I mention an election?
Fall, while filled with so much color and life, can make us feel hurried and often ungrounded. One thing leading to another to another to another….until we get up again the next day to do it all over. Fall can often lead to feeling……
- Overly busy
So I am offering a calm amidst the swirl of the leaves.
So here is my “Fall into Meditation” plan:
Dates: Entire month of September
Frequency: Every Single Day
Time: Minimum of 10 minutes anytime during the day (everyone has 10 minutes…even you)
Where: In your home – or wherever life has taken you
How: Emails will be sent daily with guidance, suggestions and inspirations
Meditation is one of the best habits you can form. Reduces stress and worry, lowers blood pressure, aids in sleep, improves focus, builds empathy and calms the nervous system. Most have thought “I should meditate”. Here is your chance to do it virtually, but with the support of a likeminded group.
Fall in! Message me with an email and you will be put on my Fall into Meditation email DL with a lot more info to follow! And please invite any family or friends who you think may like this, or may benefit. I would simply need their email.
