Falling into the Earth
Falling into the Earth, just like a leaf would from a tree branch, we'll ground together in community by uniting breath and movement. Finding balance during this transition of seasons, through the exploration of the energetic locks of bandhas and aligning our Chakra system.
Type of Event
The tools to balance the chakra system are pranayama (breath practice), asana (physical practice) complimented by mantras (vocalization of chants or mantra seed-syllables), mudras (hand gestures), dhristi (intentional gaze) and meditation (mental concentration and visualization). We will explore some of these tools together!
