The transition from summer vacation to school can be challenging for many kids. Yoga and mindfulness is an excellent tool to ease this transition by giving children a way to release tension in the mind and body, become more aware of how they are feeling, and gain a sense of personal empowerment that supports them through change. In this workshop, children will learn strategies to help them navigate through the beginning of the school year with ease. Adults will discover ways to support their child's yoga and mindfulness practice at home and tools to create a mindful household.
