Family Yoga Workshop at Rosemary Court

Family Yoga offers kids a chance to explore and enjoy the benefits of Yoga alongside loved ones. The workshop will explore sun salutations, partnering and group poses, relaxation and breathing techniques as well as fun interactive yoga games. Parents and kids will enjoy moving, stretching, breathing and using their imagination while spending quality time together. Ages 4 to infinity!
