Is your life dictated by everyone but you? Do you think there’s more to life but not sure how to start making changes? Do you miss feeling happy in your own skin?
This practical short course is designed to connect you with all aspects of being – physical, mental, spiritual. Drawing on the practices of mindfulness, meditation and yoga, plus neuroscience and western psychology, you will learn effective ways of achieving lasting balance, relaxation and happiness in your life.
A balanced mix of theory, practice and group discussion, it consists of three workshops, guided home practice, resource materials, plus bespoke email/Skype support.
By the end, you will have gained:
