Jump into the weekend with calm energy! Feel Good Friday yoga class once a month followed by a healthy snack.
This is an opportunity for you to start your weekend energised and restored! You get to experience a deep connection to your mind, body, and heart and move through the asanas in a safe and effective way. You will enjoy movement guided by the breath, challenge yourself physically & and mentally, and restore after a long week.
After the yoga class, I will offer you simple, tasty, and healthy snacks which you can enjoy at the studio in the company of like minded people. My food is plant based, homemade, fresh, and often infused with essential oils.
After the yoga & snack time you are welcome to stay for the free lecture on essential oils. I have been using essential oils daily for more than a year now and has been amazed by the power of mother nature. After I started to use essential oils I have changed almost all of her beauty, cleaning, and washing products into homemade 100% natural ones. You only need few good ingredients to preserve your healthy, radiant, and youthful look and the home does not need to be loaded with harsh chemicals in order to make it clean. You can prepare as tasty curry or Chinese stir fry as your favourite take away by using plenty of spices and a a few drops of 100% natural essential oils.
