Being grounded with a well balanced energy is a feeling we would all like to enjoy throughout the festive season.
In this 3 hour, energy nourishing winter warmer mini-retreat, we are nurturing you with fresh, awakening and embodied techniques to release energy blocks, emotional and physical tensions in the body, to allow you to let go, relax and feel in the flow of your inner joy and peace.
Sharing grounding and restorative Yoga Nidra, fascial releasing movement, body trauma-releasing techniques (we all have some stored in there!), Qi Gong and meditation, to allow your vitality to flow freely.
In tradition Chinese medicine, winter is associated with the kidneys which hold our bodies most basic and fundamental energy. Winter also represents the Yin aspects in Chinese medicine; a
dark, cold, slow inward energy.
Through the wonderful, nourishing practice of Qigoing (slow meditative movements), shared by Cath, you will be enriching your Yin whilst subduing Yang to maintain your vitality.
