Woman’s Self Renewal Practice

You have heard that meditation is good for you, you do it in yoga class, but it still feels hard and boring?

Or you’re intrigued about a way to meditate that cultivates feminine energy, presence, and strength.

Join us for a 90 min class where we will dive into a practice called the Feminine Presence Meditation, a slow subtle movement based practice that guides you deeply to your female internal guidance

This is for women looking to cultivate a self care practice that honors and empowers the female body you are in (no matter what sexual orientation), the cyclical nature of being a woman, and a love of the natural world.

You will cultivate the natural glowing radiance that is present in a woman who feels grounded, confident, and strong yet loving.

Practically these movements will strengthen and bring vitality to your core muscles, joints, abdomen and your pelvic floor, turn on your body’s self healing and renewing mechanisms, and educate you on the way your body operates as an ecosystem, and teach you how to work with it. The practice of these movements and the meditation itself will leave you feeling centered and calm in your skin and mind, as well as with a depth and access to your own center and feminine spirit.

This is time to carve out for yourself, as a teaching tool for you to begin your own practice at home, as well as a way to build women’s community.

The Practice in this Class will Help you:

Strengthen and Revitalize your core, joints, abdomen, and pelvic floor, and activate your body’s natural self healing and renewing systems
Give you space to find your own authentic sense of femininity and power
Understand the energetic landscape of your pelvic bowl for healing, creativity, and intuitive guidance

She maintains a small healing practice working in women’s holistic pelvic health, makes beautiful custom malas, and enjoys the creative process of making a life and tending a home with her supportive man.
