Our feet are amazing parts of our body that are so often neglected. We subject our feet to tight shoes, which squish our toes and push the bones out of alignment, which can affect parts of the body higher up.
In this workshop, we will spend the first part practicing ball therapy for the feet, which will leave you feeling lighter and more energised - weird but true!
The second part will include some yoga therapeutics for the hips & legs. We'll also practice postures that lead to freedom and a sense of well being as emotions are released from this area.
