Find Your Flow - 5 day Vinyasa Flow Immersion
Join us for a 5 Day Vinyasa Flow immersion in the stunning Sintra region, just outside of Lisbon. A chance to dive deeper into the practice with yoga twice a day, enjoy the beautiful nature and castles of Sintra, and also a time to relax.

Full Description
Come and join Elin (SWE) and Lisa (SWE) experienced and certified Vinyasa Flow teachers from Sweden, to practice in the most stunning location - Sintra. A national park with colorful castles, culture and history!
Every morning starts with a 2 hours Vinyasa Flow class including meditation and pranayama. After the morning session a big breakfast buffet with lots of healthy options is served to enjoy outisde on the terrace in the sun.
On some days there will be workshops where we look deeper into certain postures and techniques and on others there will be free time to explore the surroundings.
In the afternoon once we join together for yin or restorative yoga to restore and relax.
On 3 of the evenings dinner is served in the villa, on the other two you're free to try out some of the local restaurants in Sintra.

1-3pm - Workshop (2 of the days)
5.30-7pm - Afternoon Practice (4 of the days)

OUR VENUE: Quinta de Sao Tadeu
Located within Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Quinta de São Tadeu, our retreat place, offers accommodation in an 18th century palace amidst green surroundings, and boasts views of the Pena and the Monserrate Palaces. All suites and deluxe rooms come with a flat-screen satellite TV and heating. Certain units include a seating area or feature views of the mountains or garden. Some units also feature their own fireplace and spa bath. All rooms come with a private bathroom and, for guests’ comfort, they will find bath robes, free toiletries and a hair dryer.
