This workshop will focus on:
understanding the fluid nature of the body
exploring the fluid pathways through the body
working with fluid connections from the centre of the body to the periphery and from the periphery to the centre
With an increased sense of our personal fluidity and strength we have the tools to enhance our co-ordination skills, unblock old patterns, open new movement pathways and maintain a healthy body and mind.
