Full Description

All of Buddha's teachings are aimed at meditation, and he explained in a very precise way how the mind functions. Through better understanding of the positive, neutral and negative aspects of our mind, we can gradually become our own true guide and master and create our own happiness.
This workshop will be given by Jason Simard, a 14 years long student of the Tibetan master Lama Samten. Jason took his monk's vows 6 years ago and was ordained in 2014 with the blessings of The Dalai-Lama.

Sharing the universal values of compassion and wisdom is Jason's passion, which he has been doing since 2006 in the Montreal and Ottawa areas. He travels regularly to India to continue his studies with great Tibetan masters.
