Changing the way we breathe can have dramatic effects on our wellbeing. We can use the breath to heal, to bring balance to our nervous system, to improve focus and concentration and improve our health. With the breath we can reduce stress, overcome anxiety and even develop skills to manage depression.
In this workshop we will develop skills using the breath to expand into poses and help us to feel grounded. Pranayama practices will teach us how the breath has the power to change both our emotional and mental states. And we will focus on the breath in our meditation practice to cultivate focus, concentration and ultimately physical and mental wellbeing.
