It's a great way to tune into your body and increase focus. During this workshop we will work on all of this in a fun and supportive session!

Balancing, whether on your hands or feet, is as much about finding the balance point and accessing all the little muscles as it is about having big strong muscles! It's a great way to tune into your body, develop proprioception (knowing where the body is in space) and increase focus. During this workshop we will work on all of this in a fun and supportive environment. We will look at foundation hand and standing balances, breaking them down in order to understand how to fully move into them.

If you can't already do a crow pose or warrior 3 don't worry! The workshop is designed for people who can't as well as those who how are you going to get to the point where you can do it if you don't try?!! For those of you who can already do a there is always a side crow!
