Every Monday 6-7pm Starting 4th June to 2nd July.
We will explore each of the 5 elements of Ayurveda in turn (earth, water, fire, air and space), through physical postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and meditation.
All postures can be modified to make this accessible to everybody. All equipment is provided.
