Flight Club Fundamentals in 5 weeks
This is a 5 week series to build an AcroYoga practice from beginner to intermediate. No partner or previous experience needed.

In the midst of friendly, fun community you will work on the foundations of basing, flying and spotting. Each week, you will progress towards more complex skills and transitions. You will build strength and confidence in all three roles of AcroYoga (base, flyer, spotter)... and you'll focus on specializing in either a base or flyer role. Plus, you'll also have the chance to work on strength and alignment in your inversion practice.
Whether you've never tried AcroYoga before or you come play with the Flight Club every week, this series will give you the tools to develop a solid, well-rounded AcroYoga practice in a safe and fun environment! Prior AcroYoga experience and partner not required.
