Flow + Restore Yoga
This practice combines the benefits of a gentle vinyasa flow with those of a restorative practice. The first half of class will focus on a gentle vinyasa sequence to begin to open the body and help settle the mind’s chatter. The second half of class will focus on restorative poses with longer holds in well-supported postures. This allows deeper release both in the mind and body, helping to unravel the effects of chronic stress. All levels of students can benefit from this practice.
