Last month, Kate took you Upside Down and into the handstand world. Join her for round two as you explore the art of arm balances.
Arm balances are a great way to develop patience, expand consciousness, increase physical strength, and force yourself to look at the world from a flipped perspective. In this workshop, Kate will guide you through the basic concept of swapping your legs for your arms, how to move from your center to find balance, and work with the fear of falling.
6 months of prior yoga experience is recommended.
Ability to laugh at yourself is required.
