'Focus on Balance'
This will be a holistic workshop exploring a number of techniques to bring greater balance into one's life including: a variety of balance type asanas, guided meditation, and a balancing pranayama practice.
Type of Event
The studio will be open fifteen minute prior to the start time so please endeavour to arrive and settle in at least ten minutes early to avoid disturbing other students.
We will explore the R-A-I-N meditation technique, the balancing Nadi Sodhana pranayama breathing practice, and asanas including Vrksasana in its many variations, Garudasana and Pincha Mayurasana.
