Full Description

I'm honored to be FEATURING: Dr. Rosita Arvigo, a native of Chicago, naprapathic physician, herbalist, international lecturer and author. She has studied and certified in Forest Bathing with the National Association of Forest Therapy and Nature Guides in 2017 and has led Forest Bathing walks in Belize, Mexico and USA. See more of her bio far below or within her link above.

I've personally adopted and healed from many of the rain forest remedies and techniques taught by the international institute she founded: The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy. And, I've also had the unique privilege to attend her summer series of Chicago urban Herbal Walks this year. You will not want to miss the opportunity to join for this! Sign up early!

Dr. Rosita will be our guide for two Forest Bathing experiences, one each morning on Saturday and Sunday. Group size is limited. Sign up early!

See my personal video invitation recorded in the Guatemalan rainforest! For more reasons to join: 834
