Forward & backward bends workshop with Core

This 2 hour workshop gives great results for anyone who suffers from a weak lower back and needs to strengthen their core. We'll be doing a series of counter postures of forward & backward bends to make the spine and back more supple and elastic, followed by exercises to tone and shape your stomach muscles.

Forward Bends
These postures are especially beneficial for opening up your hamstrings and lower back.

Backward bends
These postures are great to open up your chest and upper back and activate the muscles along the spine

I'll teach you a variety of sit-ups and core exercises. This will be a good time to put my 26 years of personal training skills into my Yoga class.

Please note you can work at your own pace with these postures and we'll be holding them longer than normal to really get the most and best results. We start very slow so your body has time to warm up properly. However we are going deep, so get ready to be still and simply breath ( That's a discipline in itself )

My workshops welcome all levels of practitioners. No previous experience is necessary. So come with an open mind and an open heart. If you expect nothing and accept everything, you'll start living in the magic flow of life <3
