Foundation beginners 7 week course
Would you like to learn yoga but worried that classes might be too quick or that you won't know what to do? Join this 7 week foundation yoga course to learn the basic postures and how to use breathing techniques to relax the body and mind. This course will also suit those that have had a break from yoga and in need of a refresher.

I am offering a seven week introductory yoga course to give beginners the basic principles of yoga practice. I will introduce you to some of the key yoga postures to help you to understand alignment and the benefits of yoga, use of the breath and sitting to quieten the mind and enhance your yoga practice. The cost of this 7 week course is £70.00, You will also be in safe hands I have been practicing for over 20 years and teaching for 16 years and offer a friendly calm environment for students to connect to their body and mind.
