* What is yoga & why should I do it?
* What conditions can it help?
* Correct posture, why bother?
* How to breathe so you remain calm, & focused.
* What & where exactly is your core and how do you use it?
* Are you really relaxed or do you just think you are?
* What is prana? How can I make it work for me?
* Learn how to allow your body to fully relax so it can heal.
* Take away some tools to help in everyday life.
* Learn a short program to practice at home.
