Please join us Every Tuesday at 10:15, for this exciting new adapted class. A perfect way to explore yoga in a very safe manner, using chairs, walls, thera-bands and more. Wonderful for those who cannot or dislike getting on and off the floor throughout a practice!

Foundation Yoga Classes every Tuesday morning at 10:15! Its a powerful way to experience your Yoga practice, without the strain of getting on and off the floor or struggling with standing balances. If a bad back hips or knees and such are holding you back from practice, please come and give Foundation Yoga a try! Participants find the very center of each standing pose with a bit of support from a chair back or wall. Core work and seated poses may be practiced seated on a chair or the mat depending on the yogi's desires or limitations. Foundation Yoga provides a way of deeply exploring being in poses that were previously unavailable. In a word, simply POWERFUL!
