Foundation Yoga Course
Three week foundation yoga course for those new to yoga and those who would like to refine their practice.

Three week course being held on Saturdays the 7th, 14th and 21st February, from 11:00am -12:30pm.
Price includes all 3 weeks and is payable at the first lesson.
This three week introductory yoga course is the perfect starting point for anyone with an interest in taking up regular yoga classes. With lots of chance for discussion and exploration, these 3 Saturdays will provide information about Yoga postures, moving with the breath, alignment, and relaxation. Additionally, the course offers valuable information for those already participating in regular classes – getting back to basics is where we learn most! Upon completion you’ll have everything you need to confidently join a weekly class.
