The main features or components of Sukshma Vyayamaa are (1) breathing (2) concentration point (3) actual exercise - which involves motion most of the times though not always. Breathing of different types: very light or very fast or very deep, sometimes through the mouth although mostly through the nose.

Yoga for the Subtle body ( Suksma Vyayama) is ancient, simple, jet powerful set of exercises that is known for it's rejuvenating effects on human body.
It eliminates energy blockages in the joints and works deeply on energy lines and mental level.
All attendees will be given script with all the excersizes for easier practice at home and one month online mentorship.
Workshop will be on English language, but will be easy to follow for any other language speaking person.
