1. Upa Yoga is great for beginners and those wanting a taste of yoga. It activates the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to your entire being. Upa Yoga relieves physical stress and tiredness.

Other workshops available:

2. Angamardhana is the perfect practice for anyone looking to reach peak physical fitness and strength without having to go to the gym. Angamardhana revitalizes the body on all levels including muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system and the basic energy system.

3. Surya Kriya was traditionally only available to select groups of yogis. It is a complete spiritual practice that is ideal for the hectic pace of today’s world. Surya Kriya is a holistic process to health, wellness and complete inner wellbeing.

4. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system to become in sync with the existence, thus naturally achieving a state of health, joy, bliss and above all balance.

If you are just beginning your journey into yoga and are not physically active, Upa Yoga would be a good place to start. This practice is simple yet powerful and can be practiced by just about anyone. It will also help prepare your body for the other practices.

For those who are already physically active but new to yoga, you may also like to start with Upa Yoga or if you’re wanting something more intense Angamardhana would be ideal. Surya Kriya is recommended for those seeking stability of the body and stillness of the mind.

If you seek a means to transform your body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being then Yogasanas is the practice for you. Some postures require a certain level of strength and flexibility, so it is best to prepare the body through Upa Yoga or Angamardhana first but this is not a pre-requisite to attend the class.

There are also Treatment Programs specifically designed around certain illness or diseases and Specialised Programs for Corporates, Children, Pregnancy and more.
