Join Angela as she will share some of her Mindful Yoga - an opportunity to come home to the body and mind. Explore postures and the body/mind as if for the first time.
I will be hosting a FREE half an hour Mindful Yoga session where you can come along and join me in a class where we will explore the body and breath, as if for the first time. An opportunity to stop, to pause, to notice and allow stress and tension to melt away.
