How do we turn down the noise in our mind? According to the yoga sutras of Patanjali (sutra 1.2 ) yoga is the process of calming down the heart-mind.
As a process or practice, yoga connects our individual conciousness to the universal conciousness. The eight limbs of yoga provide tools to refine and draw our attention inward.
We will explore this with gentle yoga, a slow flow yoga and meditation using mantra.
