Do you sit long hours at your desk? Do you have intermittent or chronic back pain? You don't have to just live with it! This 2.5 hour workshop will teach you effective techniques to strengthen the musculature of your spine and pelvis as well as teach you proper spinal alignment and mechanics for better, safer movement. We will also release tissues that have been underused, overused or abused with our YTU Therapy Balls. You will leave this workshop with newfound knowledge on how to take care of yourself, reinvigorated and relaxed.
