Join me for an Open-Level Forrest Yoga Workshop where we will explore riding your breath deeper in your postures, particularly hips & twists. Be prepared for some interesting & fun postures like twisting pigeon towards the foot & egg-beater to name but a few. Spending extra time on the hips helps free up unwanted, stuck & clogged energy, thereby giving you extra space in your joints as well as in your mind & spirit!
