In this workshop we will tap into a potentially life-long journey of re-discovering and connecting to our spines, our natural flow and flexibility, releasing into postures from within rather than trying to contort our bodies into postures from our preconceived ideas of what they should look like or feel like. We will try to listen to our body, releasing into postures deeply and restfully even if we take ourselves to our edge.
No experience of yoga is necessary. Openness and willingness to try to be receptive to ourselves at a deeper level than we are used to in our ordinary day to day lives would be helpful! A number of workshops on this theme will be offered in 2015; each will have a different focus within this approach to yoga.
Pre-booking essential as spaces are limited. If you would like to bring a yoga mat and blanket feel welcome to; otherwise they can be provided. Bring a drink and a snack for your break if you like.
