We are constantly moving - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga philosophy teaches us how to find Stillness within this constant flux. While exploring the movement of the body in Asana, movement of the breath in Pranayama, movement of the mind in Meditation, movement of the mind in Meditation, the goal is find the elusive Stillness within.
Movement is necessary but Stillness is essential!
This two-week long Retreat in Kerala, India combines Yoga postures, Meditation, Mantra chanting and Chakra balancing techniques to help you find the inner Stillness.
"From Movement to Stillness" is taking place at a beautiful Ayurvedic Retreat. In the downtime, you may rejuvenate yourself with Ayurvedic therapies and treatments, explore the tourist attractions in the area, indulge in the culinary delights of Kerala, play with the waves of the Arabian sea, take trips in the backwaters or admire the migratory choice is yours!

About Ram Vakkalanka:
Born and brought up in India, Ram studied Sanskrit, Upanishads and other Yogic texts since a young age. Music entered his life through Sitar as a gift of the Universe. Today, Ram travels and teaches in 15 countries around the world, sharing Yoga philosophy, Meditation techniques and Sanskrit. So far, twenty CDs and 1 DVD of Ram's works have been released. A book on Sanskrit language is on its way. Ram's writings have been published in print as well as online. His talks have been broadcast on Radio as well as TV. Ram is often described as 'a gift to the global Yoga community' and is a passionate teacher. At this Retreat, Ram will lead us in Meditation, Mantra chanting, Sanskrit and Yoga philosophy. About Tina Weikard:
With Tina as the Yoga teacher, you are always on a unique path to exploring movement. Tina calls her style of Yoga as 'Mano Yoga', which focuses on flow-creating awareness in body and mind. Tina found her personal diversity through Dance, Yoga, Martial arts, Acrobatics and NLP. She has been teaching since a young age of 17 and sharing her journey with many students, guiding them through their own practice and discovering their own abilities.
At this Retreat, Tina will guide the participants through the Asana classes and provide flow and awareness in her exploration of movement sessions.
